  • Aroma: harmonic and elegant with subtle toasted hints.
  • Taste: full, dry, sapid.
  • Food Pairing: hor d’oeuvres, fish or egg based light starters, light rice dishes, sushi, sashimi, white meats, fusion dishes, fish and vegetable tempura dishes.

  • Grapes: Pinot Nero 100% hand harvested from the noble vine "Borgogna".
  • Vinification: traditional in red.
  • Ageing: in French Barrique.
  • Colour: ruby red with cardinal hues.
  • Aroma: crisp velvety and harmonious.
  • Taste: delicate and important, with nuances of raspberries, cherries and spices. Its brief passage in barriques pleasantly highlights its structure.
  • Food Pairing: oven cooked fish based dishes, white truffle dishes, starters with red meats, poultry, lamb, cotechino, game, mature cheeses.

  • Vines: Piedmont origin vines (Monferrato) they have a relatively young history dating back towards the beginning of 1800.
  • A wine for meditation.
  • Colour: bright ruby red
  • Fragrance: vinous
  • Taste: dry, well structured, sapid.
  • Food Pairing: Roasted red meats braised and boiled meats, game and medium and mature cheeses.
  • Serving Temperature: 16°-18°C.

Bonarda Vivace "Reale"
(Lively Bonarda)

  • Grapes: Croatina 100%, hand harvested.
  • Native vine also called Croatina it has been cultivated in the territory since 1200.
  • Easily recognized by its natural ‘liveliness.’
  • Colour: deep ruby red
  • Aroma: intense and pleasing.
  • Taste: typical, dry, harmonious.
  • Food Pairing: Rabbit, lamb, poultry, zamponi and cotechini, salami, medium seasoned cheeses.
  • Serving Temperature: 14°C.

Pinot Nero Sparkling Rosè

  • Perlàge: fine e persistant
