Pinot Nero D.O.C. O.P.
Aged in Barrique "Selection"

 

  • This is the selection of our best Pinot Nero grapes carefully selected for a prestigious wine, suitable for important occasions.
  • Cardinal red with orangey hues; smooth aroma, important ethereal. Taste mature with aristocratic reminisces of wood. Aged in French Barrique for at least 12 months.
  • Serving Temperature 18°C.
  • Food Pairing: red meat starters, rabbit, lamb, roast meats, zampone and cotechini, salami, game fowl and mature cheeses. 
  • Also available in Magnum 1,5L “Limited Production”

Barbera D.O.C. O.P.
Aged in Barrique "Selection"

  • This is the selection of our best Barbera Grapes aged in French Barrique for at least 12 months. 
  • A wine for meditation, bright ruby red, vinous aroma, dry, sapid and well structured to the mouth.
  • We suggest that the wine is oxygenated in a decanter or a large glass before tasting.
  • Serving Temperature 18° C. 
  • Food Pairing: roasted red meats braised and boiled meats, game and medium or mature cheeses.

  • This wine is obtained by the white vinification of Pinot Nero Grapes, vines of antique origins from Burgundy and Champagne and Chardonnay grapes. Aged for 6 months in French Barrique
  • Golden straw yellow, harmonious aroma, honey like, elegant, with toasted hints. Full, dry and sapid to the mouth.
  • Serving Temperature 12°C.
  • Food Pairing: hor d’oeuvres, light starters, all egg and fish dishes.
